Product Warranty

ttec.gr offers a guarantee of immediate replacement of your product with the same or similar characteristics for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The following replacement conditions apply:

The warranty is valid for all our products for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The fault should not come from customer misuse-fault.
The inability of the product to function must be due to a defect of the manufacturer and not to a damage caused by use of the costumer, such as for example and not exclusively by a fall, operation outside the manufacturer's specifications, intervention by unauthorized technicians, etc.
The product must be returned / sent to our headquarters Paulou Mpakogianni str. 50
Metamorfosi (sender's fee) accompanied by the purchase document and its original packaging.
If it is certified by the technical department that the fault does not come from the user, we will proceed with immediate replacement.
